Enquiry Insights Product Terms
These Product Terms and Conditions are legally binding and form an integral part of the Order Form and Venue Partner Terms and Conditions entered into by and between Venuedirectory and the Venue Partner to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Venue Partner’s license and use of Venue Directory’s Enquiry Insights Product and associated Services.
1. Scope of Services
1.1
These Terms apply to Venue Directory’s Enquiry Insights Product.
1.2
Suppliers of meeting space such as hotels and other venues, as well as hotel representation, management or franchise companies acting on behalf of hotels and venues, and companies that provide services to meeting and event planners (collectively referred to hereafter as "Venue Partners") may subscribe to the Enquiry Insights Product in accordance with the pricing set forth in the applicable Order Form.

Enquiry Insights enables Venue Partners to analyze their RFP’s at a granular level for both positive and negative outcomes:
 
  • 🗸 Response Time Performance: Track and compare response times
  • 🗸 Pricing Evaluation: Review the bid offered and evaluate the level of competitiveness against other responders on the RfP
  • 🗸 Position Assessment: Understand the volume of other venues on the Rfp
  • 🗸 Informed Decision-Making: Offers venues the ability to make strategic choices on future enquiries

Venue Directory reserves the right to update the above features/terms from time-to-time in its sole discretion, effective upon posting the amended Product Terms and Conditions at the domain or subdomains of https://www.venuedirectory.com/product-terms-of-use. Any such update will not alter or change a Venue Partner’s active subscription under the applicable Order Form but may go into effect in a subsequent Order Form entered into by the Venue Partner and Venuedirectory.

How it works
 
  • Only electronic enquiries are available for Enquiry Insights
  • Enquiry Insights become available once the Planner has converted the RFP status from enquiry to booking
  • Only RFP’s that have been responded to can be analysed
  • Declined enquiries cannot be analysed
  • Bookings cannot be analysed
  • Lost bookings (enquiries that did not convert) will not be included in Enquiry Insights
