Promoted Venues Product Terms
These Product Terms and Conditions are legally binding and form an integral part of the Order Form and Venue Partner Terms and Conditions entered into by and between Venue Directory and the Venue Partner to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Venue Partner’s license and use of Venue Directory’s Promoted Venues Products and associated Services.
1.
These Terms apply to Venue Directory’s Promoted Venues Products. Venue Partners must have an active Enhanced Listing Subscription under an applicable Order Form to utilize the Promoted Venue Products and associated Services.

Suppliers of meeting space such as hotels and other venues, as well as hotel representation, management or franchise companies acting on behalf of hotels and venues, and companies that provide services to meeting and event planners (collectively referred to hereafter as "Venue Partners") may subscribe to the Promoted Listings Products in accordance with the pricing set forth in the applicable Order Form.

Promotions run for a minimum duration of 1 month, starting on the 1st day of the calendar month.
4.
Venue Partners subscribe to either of the following available products as identified on the applicable Order Form:
- Promoted Listing: 8 Available Positions featuring in the top 2 positions on every page of the destination search results
- Venue Partners featured in the top 2 positions will randomly shuffle on the search results on every page of the destination search results
- Spotlight Listing: 1 Available position featuring in position 8 on every page of the destination search results

Promoted Listing Product enables priority position ranking feature on the Venuedirectory.com, GRATIS databases and Myeventsportal.com Destination Searches that features the Venue Partner in a “promoted” position on every page:
- Venue Partners will feature with a “Promoted” banner
- Venue Partners will continue to feature in a natural position in their selected destination search
- Promoted Products use the Venue Partner’s existing images and content as provided within the Venue Partner’s profile on MyEventschannel.com to display the promoted listing.

Venue Directory reserves the right to update the above features/terms from time-to-time in its sole discretion, effective upon posting the amended Product Terms and Conditions at the domain or subdomains of
https://www.venuedirectory.com/product-terms-of-use. Any such update will not alter or change a Venue Partner’s active subscription under the applicable Order Form but may go into effect in a subsequent Order Form entered into by the Venue Partner and Venuedirectory.
