The British Motor Museum is home to the world’s largest collection of historic British cars alongside an award-winning Conference and Event Centre. Located off junction 12 of the M40, between Warwick & Banbury, the Centre offers 17 stylish meeting rooms for 6 to 600 delegates, 4 with vehicular access, 2000 sqm internal exhibition space, and 3 large outdoor event arenas. The British Motor Museum has expanded its range of optional activities and experiences, giving organisers more ways to build energy into conferences and events, encourage networking and leave delegates with more memorable moments.
Designed for easy add on to meetings, conferences, exhibitions and business events, the options range from quick, competitive challenges in coffee breaks to immersive experiences with vehicles from the Museum’s collection.
Home to the world’s largest collection of historic British cars, the British Motor Museum is a leading venue for conferences and events, with flexible spaces accommodating 6 to 600 delegates. The new enhancements are available across the Museum’s wider conferencing and events offer, which includes not just the indoor spaces, but also 65 acres of outdoor event space and three hard standing arenas for activities, product displays and team building.

Fast paced team challenges
· Wheel Change Challenge: An entertaining team activity that challenges participants to work together against the clock and competing teams.
· Pole Position Remote Controlled Challenge: Race remote controlled GT sports cars on a dedicated track.
Vehicle experiences and wow moments
· Driving experiences: Passenger rides in selected vehicles from the Museum’s historic collection.
· Display vehicles: Designed to reflect the message and brand of each event, vehicles from the collection can become an integral part of any event.
Built in discovery and shared experiences
· Guided Museum tours: Led by the team of curators, archivists and enthusiastic experts, these can include options to get hands on with the vehicles. Enhancement can include tailoring though a focus on specific brands, moments in history and themes as well as costumed guides.
· Scavenger hunt: Delegates can explore the collection alone or in teams as they compete to find hidden answers.
These enhancements and the British Motor Museum itself are built around the practical needs of organisers, with spaces that scale from boardroom style meetings to large plenary sessions, dinners and exhibitions. The in-house catering team can further enhance conferences and events through bespoke menus and creative additions, designed to reflect any event.
The British Motor Museum has welcomed the start of work on a Fairfield by Marriott hotel development, adjacent to the venue. Set to become the first Fairfield by Marriott in the UK, the hotel is planned to open in June 2027 and will add convenient, high-quality accommodation for conference and event delegates as well as Museum visitors.The current programme indicates practical completion in May 2027 with a planned opening in June 2027.Home to the world’s largest collection of historic British cars, the British Motor Museum is a leading venue for conferences, meetings and events. The hotel will give delegates a simple, reliable place to rest and reset between sessions, helping multi-day programmes run more smoothly. The British Motor Museum has scooped two awards in the Famtastic Awards 2025 which were announced on 31 October at The Village Hotel in Blackpool. Judged by a panel of events industry specialists, the awards celebrate and recognise the top agents and venues nationwide. The Museum has been awarded Independent Venue of the Year and Unique Venue of the Year.

Delegate parking is to the front of the building on the two arenas. Delegates then have a short walk up a clearly signed footpath to the Conference Reception at the rear of the building.
Taxi's and coaches carrying delegates should drop off at the Conference Entrance to the rear of the building. Coaches then park up in main carpark
